As a high school freshman, Tyson encountered the statistic that the built environment accounted for 40% of global greenhouse gas emissions, a revelation that inspired him to integrate his love for real estate and urban planning with his dedication to environmental sustainability. Today, Tyson is a recognized expert in the high-performance green building industry and the founder of Evolve Companies. Under his leadership, Evolve operates as a vertically integrated real estate firm encompassing brokerage, construction, building supply, and development, all focused on creating innovative, healthy, sustainable, smart, and resilient buildings designed to impact communities, occupants, and the environment positively.
