Tyson Dirksen is a real estate developer and building science–driven investor with more than three decades of experience spanning development, construction, brokerage, and vertically integrated execution platforms. His work focuses on long-duration real assets where capital structure, regulatory complexity, and physical performance must remain aligned across extended timelines.
Over the course of his career, Tyson Dirksen has participated in residential and mixed-use initiatives representing more than $700M in aggregate real estate activity, including development, value-add repositioning, for-fee construction oversight, and brokerage and asset management transactions. This cross-stack exposure informs a disciplined approach to feasibility, entitlement strategy, and execution risk management.
As founder and president of Evolve Development Group, Tyson Dirksen oversees a vertically integrated platform spanning brokerage, construction, building supply, and development. The firm was established to reduce fragmentation between capital decisions and physical execution — a common source of performance erosion in complex projects.
Tyson holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development and Finance from MIT and integrates building science, data-driven analysis, renewable energy systems, and advanced construction methodologies into both principal development and advisory work. His technical focus centers on improving durability, operating stability, and long-term asset resilience.
Beyond real estate, Tyson Dirksen is a licensed pilot and serves as a board member of Aeroplanes Over Idaho, where he mentors and trains aspiring youth aviators.
