Sunburst, slightly smaller than Parkside, was acquired in poor condition and located in a high-crime area. By purchasing it alongside Parkside, we implemented strategic renovations and community improvements that enhanced not only the apartment complex but also the safety and character of the surrounding cul-de-sac. These efforts drove increased tenant demand and rental income, resulting in strong long-term cash flow and a valuable annuity-like return on investment consistently over 20 years.
